$40,000 General Obligation School Bonds Election

Notice is hereby given that an election, being a Special Election of the Eastern Iowa Community College (Merged Area IX), County of Louisa, State of Iowa, has been called and ordered to be held Tuesday, March 2, 2021. At said election Proposition SR will be voted on, summarized as follows: Shall the Eastern Iowa Community College District (Merged Area IX) in the Counties of Cedar, Clinton, Dubuque, Jackson, Johnson, Louisa, Muscatine, and Scott, State of Iowa, be authorized to construct, erect, remodel, repair, renovate, furnish, and equip Career and Technical Education facilities buildings at various locations throughout the Merged Area; to improve CTE programming at those sites and issue its school bonds in an amount not exceeding $40,000,000 for such purposes

Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the evening of the same day.
